Do you offer free quotes?Yes! We provide a free measure and quote service across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and surrounding areas. One of our friendly team members will come to you with product samples, measure up, and provide expert advice tailored to your needs. Once we've visited the site and finalised your selections, we’ll email you a detailed quote so you can review everything before proceeding.

How long does installation usually take?Most residential flooring installs are completed within 1–2 days, depending on the size of the area and type of flooring. We’ll give you a clear timeframe during your quote appointment.

Do you remove existing flooring?Yes! We can remove and dispose of your old flooring including carpet, sheet vinyl, ceramic tiles and more to prepare for your new flooring installation. You can let us know if this is a service you would like as part of your install and we can include it in the quote.

Can you level my floors before installation?Absolutely. We assess floor levels during your measure & quote. If levelling is needed, we’ll include it in your quote and explain the process.

Do you install products on stairs?Yes, we install flooring on stairs, including hybrid, vinyl and carpet. For our hard flooring we match stair nosing and risers for a seamless finish.

Do you use transition strips between different flooring types?Yes we use transition strips (also called capping or trims) where two types of flooring meet, such as between carpet and hybrid or vinyl. This helps create a neat and safe edge. We offer both metal trims (for a premium finish) and plastic trims (for a more budget-friendly option), and we'll include the right type in your quote based on the flooring and your preferences. If you have a specific look in mind, just let us know during your measure and quote.
